Dr. Vanessa Narwani is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Enhance Aesthetics and Wellness. A triple board-certified physician specializing in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, she brings a wealth of medical expertise and a patient-centered philosophy to every aspect of the practice.
As both physician and co-founder, Dr. Narwani helped shape Enhance into a destination where advanced aesthetic medicine and comprehensive wellness work hand in hand. Her expertise in hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, and preventative medicine allows patients to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results while prioritizing their overall health.

Florin Emeera, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master’s degree from William Paterson University in New Jersey and completed her undergraduate studies at Hunter College in New York. Before specializing in aesthetics, Florin practiced in women’s health and primary care, experiences that strengthened her clinical judgment and helped shape the safe, thoughtful, and personalized approach she brings to every patient. Florin’s journey to Enhance began long before the practice opened. Dimple Mewani met Florin while working in the aesthetics industry and immediately recognized her natural talent, clinical ability, and genuine compassion for patients. From that first experience working together, Dimple often said that if she ever had the opportunity to build a practice, Florin would be part of it.Today, that vision has become a reality.
For Florin, aesthetic medicine is about much more than treating lines or enhancing features. It is about helping people feel confident in their own skin while preserving what makes them uniquely beautiful. She believes the best results are natural, balanced, and never overdone.
